The California Japanese American Community Leadership Council (CJACLC) has supported 153 NCI participants since its inception in 2002, who have interned in 20+ community based organizations in the San Jose, San Francisco, and the greater Los Angeles area.  Hear about some of their stories and where they are now, and why this program has been so successful in training the next generation of leaders in our community.
